• E-mail support. When you have problems or questions that aren't answered in the handbook, just send an e-mail to kvs@pkraan.com. We generally answer all questions within one business day.
  
• Training. Customized training courses both for managers and for staff. Managing a school is a complex job, and using KVS effectively requires both planning and practice.
