The daily plan

The daily plan shows all of the activities of your school for one day at a glance. You can see when and where each course takes place. The color tells you the subject of each course, and unusual events are highlighted with colored frames.

Clicking on an event brings up detailed information about that particular course meeting. You can change the teacher, room or time for the meeting, or cancel it entirely.

In addition, two buttons at the top (not shown here) highlight planning conflicts and events that have too few participants. With this information, you can solve potential problems ahead of time.

The daily plan is just one example of the visual, interactive way that KVS presents information to you.

Reporting

KVS provides you with a range of standard reports for courses, students, companies, and the like. One of these reports is the "class card", which gives an overview of the past and future activities of a course.

In addition, KVS provides you with the financial information, such as an earnings report that gives you detailed insight into the financial success of your school.

If none of the built-in reports give you the data you need, you can use the report generator to organize the information any way you like.
