To-Do
ListThe to-do list is a simple reminder system. You can enter important events that you want to be reminded of, and KVS will remind you of them on the list of pending administrative tasks that appears at system start-up.
You can also use the to-do list as a simple CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Reminders can be associated with particular addresses. This way you can set reminders to contact customers, along with notes reminding you about the specific task to be accomplished.

The first step is to define the KVS users who will be using the to-do list. One user "--" is pre-defined by the system; this is intended to allow you to make use of the to-do list as a general reminder system, even without defining specific users.
If you don't want to use this default entry, just make it inactive.
To enter your own users, just define a name for each member of your staff who will be using the to-do list. You can see an example at right.

You can choose to view all
reminders, or you can view reminders for a specific user or for a specific
address. If you also want to see items that have been done, click the
"active" button to display all items.
Note that all users can see and edit all items. The to-do register should therefore not be used for private or personal reminders.
