Teacher Control Panel

If you have assigned passwords to your teachers (in the address form), they will be able to log into KVS after it has been started in "individual mode" (see Command Line Options). Each teacher can see only his or her own data. The functions available on the teacher control panel are:

• Daily schedule: the daily schedule shows only the teacher's own course events.
• Class cards: the teacher can print class cards for any course that he or she is assigned to teach an event for.
• Salary report: shows the salary, bonuses and expenses that KVS has calculated for this teacher
• Event cleanup: after an event has taken place, the teacher can record notes (e.g., homework assignments), update the attendance list, and so forth.
• Language: the teacher can change the KVS interface language to any of the supported languages.
• Logout: the teacher can log out to allow the next person to use KVS. If a teacher forgets to log out, KVS will automatically log them out after a certain period of inactivity.
