Students with negative balances

Using this menu item, you can find all active students with bookings who have zero or negative balances, indicating that they have run out of bookings. You then have the option of entering a corresponding booking (for example, to bill students who have negative balances), entering a correction to bring the students to zero, or leaving the non-zero balance. If the student should be at zero, because he or she has used up all booked lessons but no longer wishes to continue the course, you enter a course cancellation and turn the student passive if he or she is not attending any other courses.
