Students always on attendance list

(KVS 3.4 and later)

KVS normally only adds a student to the participant list of a course if the student has a positive lesson balance for the course. However, there may be exceptions where you want a student to appear on the participant list of course regardless of his or her lesson balance. The most common exception are students who are billed in arrears for lessons consumed. To have a student always appear on the participant list for a course, you must:

• Enter one booking for the student and the course. The number of lessons in this booking may be 0.
• Enter the student/course combination in the Students always on attendance list register.

You might find the students with negative balances form useful in dealing with these students.
