Lesson balances

This report presents you with a report showing the lessons booked but not yet taught for all active students/groups  and courses.

Journals

A journal report presents you with all activities pertaining to a student or group for a particular period, including the opening a ending balances in lessons. The activities shown are attendance, bookings and corrections.

For a journal report, you will need to pick a student or group and the begin and end dates for the report. If you pick all students and groups, or a long period of time, be prepared to wait a while - that's a lot of data for KVS to process.

Course schedule

This report shows the course meetings for all courses a student is enrolled in and has an open lesson balance for.

Long absences

This report shows students who have been absent from a course repeatedly.

Pending renewals variable courses

This report presents a list of all individuals whose lesson credit has fallen below the value you set in the general options (Renewal letters for variable courses) and have not cancelled further participation in the course.

You will see the student, course, contact info, remaining balance and company affiliation.
