Names

As for prices, you first need to define the names of the salary levels you intend to use. You need at least one.

Rates

As soon as you have defined the name of a salary level, you can set the rates for it. You need to enter the name, the amount and the date at which the amount becomes valid. You can enter rates for all levels or for one level at a time.
