Price names

In this register, you enter the names of the prices you intend to use and whether the name is used for groups or for individuals.

The amounts assigned to the price names may vary from course type to course type, and are either set via the course type window (buttons "Individual prices, "Group prices") or via the menu items Accounting:Prices:Individual rates and Accounting:Prices:Group rates.

We recommend having no more than 6 active price names for individuals and 6 active price names per standard group size. If more than 6 price names appear on the price dropdown in you bookings, it's time to clean up your price structure. This is mostly a matter of turning price names you no longer use inactive here in the price name register.
