Pending Administrative Tasks

When KVS is started (in any mode above Basic), it displays a list of pending tasks. If a button is enabled, and the note next to it is black, it means that you may want to consider carrying out the activity described - KVS considers this activity to be due.

If the note next to a button is red, it means that the activity described is overdue. These tasks should be taken care of as soon as possible!

Note: for schools that do not use semesters, you may wish to enter a semester far in the future, to eliminate the "plan semesters" reminder.

If you have closed the task list, you can always re-display it by clicking the corresponding icon on the toolbar, or by selecting the menu item under Admin.

The task list updates only when you start KVS or when you close and reopen the window.
