Obtaining
SupportAfter purchasing your full KVS license, you are entitled to three months of upgrades and unlimited e-mail support for technical problems. After this time, you may want to purchase further support by paying an annual fee - this fee entitles you to free upgrades and continued e-mail support for technical problems, or even, for an additional charge, telephone support.
Before sending e-mail, please check the KVS website. There you will find both additional documentation and the latest KVS upgrades.
For e-mail support, send your questions to support@school-admin.biz. Be sure to include the name and location of your organization, so that we can verify that you have a current support contract.
