Control Panel
The main control panel opens when you start KVS. At the top you will find the
KVS menus - most items in these menus are described in the later chapters of this
handbook.
Underneath the menus is a toolbar providing shortcuts to the most frequently
used KVS functions. From left-to-right, the icons are:
- Daily schedule
- Student event cancellations
- Planning additional events for courses
- Course counseling
- Individual booking for an existing student
- Group booking for an existing group
- Event cleanup
- Pending administrative tasks
- Course calculator
- Student fact sheet
At the bottom of the control panel is the status bar. At the left is an icon
showing the current language of KVS - click on this icon to change the language.
In the space to the right you will see occasional status messages telling
you what KVS is currently doing.
