GroupsIf you sell group bookings - that is, bookings where an entire group of people can take part in a course for a flat-fee, this is where you create the groups and assign individual to them.
First you define the name of the group. If the group is associated with a defined company (i.e., entitled to company discounts, etc.), select the appropriate company. Then you assign people to the group. They may, but do not have to be students - any person for which you have entered an address may be added to a group.
If a group attends a course, you need to enter a group booking for the group and course. The group-name is used on the booking and on most reports, but the individuals within the group, as well as the group they belong to, will show up on the attendance list.
