Export addresses

KVS offers an address-export function. This is useful, for example, when sending out mailings to your students, customers, or teachers.

Complete: Generates a report containing all address information.

Postal format: Generates a report containing addresses in the postal format KVS uses, i.e., a one column per address line with a maximum of seven address lines.

To do a mail merge, save the report and import the data  into Word, Excel, Access or any other suitable software. You can use the first five columns to filter out the addresses you need.
