Options
The database options window allows you to select the SQL Server and database
you wish to use. Usually, there is only one server and only one database.
In some cases, the server you want may not be visible in the network. Beginning with KVS 3.0.6 there is a "+" button to the right of the dropdown that will allow you to add a server name to the dropdown.
The further options for creating, deleting and importing databases only function if you are logged in with full administrative privileges. Importing databases is currently not supported.
If you are creating a new database, be sure to check the path where the database files are to reside. This refers to a local path on the computer running SQL Server, and the path must already exist. If you are unsure of the correct setting, check with your system administrator.
