Course cancellations

Students and groups may decide not to continue attending a course after their current booking runs out. It is essential to enter this information into KVS for several reasons. First, these students and groups will not be included in mailings asking whether they want another booking. Second, KVS will know that places will be becoming available for that course and will recommend the course in the course counseling window.

Simply enter the student/course or group/course combination that should be cancelled. An cancellation can be deleted if necessary.
