Course Material

This register is where you define all of the course material that your school sells in association with courses.

When you click the "new" button, a new line appears at the bottom of the register.

  1. In the left-most, gray field, enter the name of the material (for example, the title of the book).
  2. In the subject field, select the subject with which this material is associated.
  3. Enter the price of the material. Whether this price is inclusive or exclusive of taxes is defined in the accounting options.
  4. Select the appropriate tax code. Tax codes are defined in the Accounting Options.
  5. Leave the active-field checked. This box should only be unchecked for course material that is no longer used by the school.
  6. Enter any note or further information for your own reference.
