CorrectionsCorrections can be entered for individual students, groups, and teachers. You will need to enter a correction if you find an error in an event that has already been closed.
You should avoid corrections if at all possible, since some reports, e.g., the earnings report, cannot take into consideration corrections and are therefore slightly inaccurate. Corrections are taken into consideration in journal reports.
Student and group corrections correct the number of open lessons for a particular course, teacher corrections correct the salary and expense amounts for a particular course.
Student and group corrections: First you are asked whether you want to edit corrections for a particular student or group, or for all. Then you are presented a register with all corresponding corrections.
When you enter a new correction, you will first need to select a student or group and a course. Once you press "accept", you can fill in the date, the number of lessons (positive or negative) and a note explaining the reason for the correction. The checkbox "autogenerated" indicates whether KVS or a use entered the correction.
Student and group corrections cannot be deleted. If it turns out that a correction was superfluous, you can set the number of lessons to 0.
Teacher corrections: First you are asked whether you want to edit corrections for a particular teacher or for all. Then you are presented a register with all corresponding corrections.
Teacher corrections are edited directly in the register. Simply enter the teacher, course, date, salary and expense corrections (positive or negative) and note. Teacher corrections can be deleted.
