CleanupUnder this menu you will find forms and reports to help manage important your school's day-to-day business. There are three types of cleanup:
Event cleanup - when events have taken place, they must be reviewed and closed. While the teacher is allowed to handle some aspects of this work, such as entering the attendance list, someone in the back office must be responsible for reviewing and confirming that the event data is correct. Events should be closed on a daily basis.
Semester cleanup - At the end of a semester, some students who signed up for a semester course may have a non-zero amount of credit left. This can arise, for example, if the course is set to give credit for excused absences. You can use this menu item to review your semester courses and the credit (or debit) amount that each student in the course has.
Students with negative balances - it can happen that students attend courses for which they have no credit. This form gives you a list of all such students, and presents you with options on how to deal with them.
