Additional Events

Additional events are one-time course events that take place in addition to the regularly schedule course meetings. There are two ways to plan additional events:

Select the menu item or the toolbar icon from the KVS control panel

In this case, you will be presented with a register showing all currently planned additional events. You can add, delete or alter events in this register. However, no planning help is provided.

Select the "Extra Event" button from the daily plan, on the day you want the event to take place

In this case, you are presented with the meeting planner window, which advises you which teachers are free, which rooms are free, and so forth.
